Final Fantasy VII Remake Reaches 5 Million Sold Copies

Final Fantasy VII Remake has already exceeded five million copies sold worldwide. The Square Enix title continues to add units both in
physical and digital format.

Five million copies in just over three months are no small feat. Final Fantasy VII Remake was one of the most anticipated games by many players for years and as part of the legacy of the original title, it has always had a legion of fans ready to return to Midgar.

The news is not entirely surprising, as 3.5 million units were sold during the first three days after the game’s launch. In all this time, Square Enix’s game has remained one of the best sellers.

In addition, it is the “culprit” of the good financial results of the franchise in this first quarter of the next fiscal year. The fight against Shinra has been successful and continues to show that the saga is one of the strongholds of the JRPG to this day.
